Incorporates deep compression, pressure points and stretching. Relieves pain, increases range of motion and addresses sports related injuries.

Chair Massage
A common result of daily pressures in our everyday lives is increased tension in the shoulders and neck muscles. Chair massage focuses on these areas and even in brief ten to twenty minute sessions can trigger the body's relaxation response. A caring touch, along with deep breathing can calm the nervous system, relax muscles and increase circulation.

Traditional Thailand Massage
Appointment only. Considered meditation for both practitioner and client. Combines yogic and acupressure techniques to harmonize body, mind and spirit. Increases flexibility, strength and balance, blood and lymph flow, and strengthens immune system. An energizing and calming massage. $75/session.
7-Dragon Green Marble Massage
Get the relaxing effects of massage combined with the healing properties of the Chinese Green marble. This powerful stone helps to balance both male and female energies. Its gentle energy radiates harmony and peacefulness. It is especially beneficial for caring and creative personalities. This procedure is also available with chair massage.
$30/half hour or $50/hour for therapeutic massage and $10/$15/$20 for chair massage.
Hot Stone Massage
The heat of the stones helps relax the muscles, expel toxins and makes deep work easier to tolerate with less soreness the following day. The stones feel good, are calming and centering and penetrate deeper than other forms of heat. They also facilitate healing by increasing blood flow to injured areas. $30/half hour or $50 per hour

Crystal Chakra Energy Work
Cleansing and balancing of the seven chakras is performed using designated crystals and guided meditation.
